Accessibility Statement
Our accessibility target, what we know falls short, and how to tell us.
1. Our commitment
AI AIDE LLC is committed to making aiaide.io, co-create.build and the Co-Create web, iPhone and Android apps accessible to as many people as possible. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and to follow platform accessibility guidance on iOS and Android.
2. What we do
- Build with semantic HTML, labeled form fields, visible focus states and keyboard access.
- Keep text at readable sizes (form fields are at least 16 pixels on phones) and check colour contrast against our brand palettes.
- Respect reduced-motion settings with calmer animation, and avoid content that flashes.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and captions for our product videos where we can.
- Aim to work well with the screen readers built into iOS, Android and desktop browsers.
- Consider accessibility when we design new features and when we review them.
3. Known limitations
We are a small team and have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit. Areas we know need work include:
- some complex, highly interactive screens in Co-Create (such as drag-to-reorder lists, the design canvas and the live app preview) may be hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader alone;
- some older product videos and animations do not yet have captions or text descriptions;
- apps and designs generated by AI for our customers may not meet accessibility standards, and their owners are responsible for reviewing them;
- some third-party content we embed (such as booking calendars and app store pages) is outside our control.
We are working through these and will update this page as we improve.
4. Apps you build
Co-Create can help make your app accessible, but AI-generated code and designs can miss accessibility requirements. If your app must meet a legal accessibility standard, review and test it before you publish.
5. Tell us
If you have trouble using any part of our websites or products, or need information in a different format, email cyberdesigner@aiaide.io with the subject "Accessibility". Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the device and assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 5 business days and will try to give you what you need in another way while we fix the problem.
