SMS Terms

1. SMS and text message terms

By opting into SMS messages from AI AIDE LLC, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages at the phone number you provide, sent via Twilio from our toll-free number +1 (877) 326-4106. SMS messages are used only for transactional, account-related, service-related, and security-related purposes. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

These SMS Terms apply to every AI AIDE product that sends text messages, including Co-Create, and form part of the terms for that product, including the Co-Create Terms of Service and our Website Terms of Use.

2. Transactional, account, service, and security SMS messages

If you opt into SMS messages, you agree to receive non-marketing transactional, account-related, service-related, and security-related text messages from AI AIDE LLC. Messages may include verification codes, two-factor authentication codes, account notifications, password change alerts, login alerts, appointment or onboarding reminders, service-related updates, support-related messages, and security alerts. Message frequency varies based on account activity, service activity, and security events. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.

3. Opt-out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from AI AIDE LLC. Replying STOP will stop SMS messages from AI AIDE LLC's toll-free number unless otherwise permitted by law for necessary service or security communications. You may reply HELP for help or contact cyberdesigner@aiaide.io for support.

If you rely on text messages for two-step sign-in, opting out also stops those codes. Choose another sign-in method in your account settings first, or you may be unable to sign in.

4. Consent records

AI AIDE LLC may maintain records of your SMS consent, including your phone number, consent selection, timestamp, source page or application screen, and the exact consent language shown at the time of opt-in.

5. No sharing for third-party marketing

AI AIDE LLC does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes. AI AIDE LLC does not sell, rent, share, or transfer SMS opt-in data, SMS consent, or phone numbers collected for SMS purposes with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the SMS service, comply with applicable law, maintain suppression lists, process opt-out requests, respond to support requests, or satisfy carrier, platform, or legal requirements.

6. Carriers and delivery

Our toll-free SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered or delivered on time, and we are not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

7. Your number

You confirm that you are the account holder of, or are authorized to use, the phone number you provide. If you change or give up that number, remove it from your account or reply STOP so that messages meant for you do not reach someone else.
