This document serves as AI AIDE LLC's official SMS Opt-In Disclosure in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC regulations, and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. It governs all SMS communications sent from toll-free number +1 (877) 326-4106 across all AI AIDE applications and services.

AI AIDE LLC ("AI AIDE") operates a single Twilio-provisioned toll-free number (+1 (877) 326-4106) through which it sends SMS communications on behalf of all its mobile applications, web applications, and consulting services. Each application or service represents a distinct messaging program. Users opt into a specific program associated with the application or service they are enrolling in. This document describes how opt-in consent is collected, recorded, honored, and retired for each program.

AI AIDE LLC collects SMS consent through website forms, application signup workflows, onboarding screens, and account settings pages for AI AIDE LLC-owned products and services. Before AI AIDE LLC sends transactional or security-related SMS messages through a specific application or service, users are shown a single, unchecked SMS consent choice near the phone number field or SMS notification settings area. This consent choice allows users to opt into non-marketing transactional and security-related text messages, such as verification codes, two-factor authentication (2FA) messages, password-change confirmations, new-login alerts, account-change notices, and product-specific account notifications triggered by user activity. Users may choose to opt in or decline, and consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Marketing and promotional text messages are not sent under the Account & Security Alerts programs for Co-Create or Health Signal.

AI AIDE LLC records the user’s phone number, consent selections, timestamp, source page or application screen, and the exact consent language shown at the time of opt-in. Marketing SMS consent and transactional/security SMS consent are recorded separately.

2. TOLL-FREE NUMBER USAGE AND MULTI-PROGRAM STRUCTURE

AI AIDE LLC uses a single toll-free number, +1 (877) 326-4106, for SMS messages related to AI AIDE LLC-owned products and services.

Each product is treated as a separate messaging program. A user who opts into one program does not automatically receive messages from another program. Each opt-in is program-specific, separately recorded, and independently revocable.

Current documented SMS programs:

  • Co-Create: Account & Security Alerts
  • Health Signal: Account & Security Alerts

No marketing or promotional messages are sent under these account and security alert programs or from this toll-free number. SMS is never required to use Co-Create or Health Signal, and consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

3. CO-CREATE PROGRAM

AI AIDE LLC sends transactional and security text messages to users of its product Co-Create. This program covers account, security, and two-factor authentication (2FA) messages only.

Examples include:

  • Verification and 2FA codes.
  • Password-change confirmations.
  • New-login and new-device security alerts.
  • Account-change notices, such as an email change.
  • Collaboration-request notifications.

No marketing or promotional messages are sent under the Co-Create Account & Security Alerts program.

4. CO-CREATE OPT-IN METHOD

Consent for Co-Create is collected through a single, pre-unchecked consent checkbox shown next to the phone-number field on each of these surfaces:

  • The public opt-in page: https://co-create.build/sms-opt-in
  • During Co-Create onboarding, in the "Turn on security texts?" step.
  • In the Co-Create app under Settings → Phone & SMS.

In the app, the phone number is verified with a one-time code before any other messages are sent. The box is never pre-checked, and the user can decline or skip and still use Co-Create fully.

Each opt-in is recorded with a timestamp and the exact consent text and version shown to the user.

5. CO-CREATE EXACT CONSENT LANGUAGE

The following text is shown verbatim beside the Co-Create checkbox:

"I agree to receive account, security, and two-factor authentication (2FA) text messages from AI AIDE LLC (Co-Create) at the phone number I provide, such as verification codes, password-change confirmations, and new-login security alerts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service."

6. HEALTH SIGNAL PROGRAM

AI AIDE LLC sends transactional and security text messages to users of its product Health Signal. This program covers account, security, and two-factor authentication (2FA) messages only.

  • Account-change notices, such as an email change.
  • Group, accountability, or buddy-related account notifications triggered by user activity.

No marketing or promotional messages are sent under the Health Signal Account & Security Alerts program.

7. HEALTH SIGNAL OPT-IN METHOD

Consent for Health Signal is collected through a single, pre-unchecked consent checkbox shown next to the phone-number field on each Health Signal opt-in surface.

Health Signal opt-in surfaces include:

  • The Health Signal public opt-in page: [INSERT HEALTH SIGNAL LIVE OPT-IN URL]
  • During Health Signal onboarding, in the SMS/security alerts step.
  • In the Health Signal app under account, phone, notification, or SMS settings.

In the app, the phone number is verified with a one-time code before any other messages are sent. The box is never pre-checked, and the user can decline or skip and still use Health Signal fully.

Each opt-in is recorded with a timestamp and the exact consent text and version shown to the user.

8. HEALTH SIGNAL EXACT CONSENT LANGUAGE

9. MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND RATES

Message frequency varies and is driven by the user's own account activity.

Examples include:

  • A 2FA code when signing in.
  • A security alert when a password is changed.
  • A notification when a new sign-in or new device is detected.
  • A notice when account information changes.
  • A product-specific account notification triggered by user activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

Co-Create Sample Messages:

  • Your AI AIDE (Co-Create) verification code is 847291. It expires in 10 minutes. Don't share it with anyone. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
  • Your Co-Create password was just changed. If this wasn't you, contact cyberdesigner@aiaide.io immediately.
  • New Co-Create sign-in detected on a device we haven't seen before. If this wasn't you, reset your password and contact cyberdesigner@aiaide.io.
  • Your Co-Create account email was just changed. If this wasn't you, contact cyberdesigner@aiaide.io.
  • A collaborator invited you to collaborate on a project in Co-Create. Open the app to accept.

Health Signal Sample Messages:

  • Your AI AIDE (Health Signal) verification code is 847291. It expires in 10 minutes. Don't share it with anyone. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
  • Your Health Signal password was just changed. If this wasn't you, contact cyberdesigner@aiaide.io immediately.
  • New Health Signal sign-in detected on a device we haven't seen before. If this wasn't you, reset your password and contact cyberdesigner@aiaide.io.
  • Your Health Signal account email was just changed. If this wasn't you, contact cyberdesigner@aiaide.io.
  • A Health Signal group or buddy invitation was sent to your account. Open the app to review.

11. OPT-OUT AND HELP

Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

AI AIDE LLC also honors the following opt-out keywords:

  • UNSUBSCRIBE
  • CANCEL
  • END
  • QUIT

Users can get help by replying HELP.
Users may also opt back in by replying START.

STOP Reply:

"You are unsubscribed from AI AIDE messages. No more texts will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe."

HELP Reply:

"AI AIDE: account & security alerts. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Help: cyberdesigner@aiaide.io"

Users may also manage SMS preferences in the applicable product settings area, or email cyberdesigner@aiaide.io.

12. CONSENT RECORDKEEPING

For every opt-in event, AI AIDE LLC records and retains:

  • The user's mobile phone number.
  • The specific program opted into, such as Co-Create or Health Signal.
  • The message category opted into.
  • The opt-in method used, such as public opt-in page, onboarding, or app settings.
  • The exact consent language displayed to the user at the time of opt-in.
  • Date and time of opt-in.
  • Source page or application screen where consent was collected.
  • Account ID, IP address, or device identifier associated with the opt-in action, where technically available.

Each program's consent is recorded separately. Consent for Co-Create does not automatically create consent for Health Signal. Consent for Health Signal does not automatically create consent for Co-Create.

13. PRIVACY AND DATA

AI AIDE LLC does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

14. PROGRAM UPDATES

AI AIDE LLC may update this documentation as additional AI AIDE LLC-owned products add live SMS opt-in flows.

Each product must be documented as a separate, clearly labeled program with its own opt-in method, consent language, screenshot, sample messages, message frequency disclosure, opt-out instructions, and consent recordkeeping.
